Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you contact us, subscribe to communications, interact with our team, or place an order. Depending on your interaction, this can include your name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing details, order information, preferences, and the contents of your messages. Payment providers process payment details when you make a purchase.

When you use our websites or communications, we and our service providers may collect technical and activity information, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, timestamps, and interactions with links or messages. Cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies help operate the site, remember information during a visit, and understand engagement.

For our investor materials, this includes the organization or fund name entered at access, a visit identifier, pages and sections viewed, and time spent engaging with those materials. We use this information to understand interest and support relevant follow-up.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you choose to join our text-message program, we collect your mobile number, consent record, and messaging activity to provide the program. Messages may include product and launch announcements, offers, and, when applicable, cart reminders or service updates. Marketing text messages require your opt-in; providing a phone number for another purpose does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts.

Mobile numbers and other mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in records and consent are excluded from any other sharing described in this policy, except disclosure to service providers that help deliver and operate the messaging program, such as messaging platforms and telecommunications carriers.

If we use text-message cart reminders, cookies and similar storefront technologies identify items added to a cart and whether checkout was completed. We use that activity to determine when to send a reminder to a subscriber who has opted in.

You can opt out of our text-message program by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@drinkwhitelight.com. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of texts does not automatically unsubscribe you from email.

When we disclose information

We disclose information as needed to providers that support our business, including website hosting, analytics, email and text delivery, customer support, commerce, payment processing, and fulfillment. For example, we use Klaviyo for lifecycle communications, Google Workspace for business email, and Shopify for our online store.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect people and our rights, prevent fraud, or support a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to applicable safeguards. We may disclose information at your direction. The restrictions on mobile information and text-message consent above apply to these activities.

Your choices and requests

Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails to stop receiving them. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to address an inquiry or transaction. You can manage cookies and browser storage in your browser settings; restricting them may affect some site functions.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to limit or object to certain uses. Send requests to support@drinkwhitelight.com. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority before acting. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Retention, security, and processing locations

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including customer relationships, consent and opt-out records, legal requirements, and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of information and why it was collected.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system is completely secure. Our business is based in the United States, and we and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we operate, subject to applicable requirements.

Children and other websites

Our websites and marketing programs are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps. Other websites linked from ours have their own privacy practices.
